Job description:
One of our top clients working in providing a centralised reservations system to facilitate day to day operations are looking for Customer Support Agents to join their energetic and dynamic team
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Sales Managers and Customer Support agents to create and maintain a win-win relationship with new and current customers
  • Analyze and understand customer business requirements and issues  
  • Customer setup, onboarding and training
  • Customer support, troubleshooting and solution development  
  • Support Product Management with identifying product enhancements and improvements
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers to provide advice and training to 'at risk' customers
Requirements:
  • Having a college degree will be considered an asset
  • 3 years’ experience in a support environment, experience in travel or hospitality industry will be preferred
  • Fluent in English or fluent in German or Spanish with a minimum Level B2 English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required
  • Be customer focused and determined to offer high quality service
  • Be a team player and a demonstrate a sense of ownership
  • Be proactive, solution oriented and focused on key initiative
