On behalf of our client, we are actively searching for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team remotely in Greece. Do you have good computer skills and great team spirit? This job might be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:  

  • Answer to customer queries and requests, in a simple way keeping your smile, ensuring their satisfaction through a unique customer experience 
  • Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests 


Requirements:  

  • Fluency in Danish (C1/C2 level) 
  • Intermediate level of English 
  • Good computer skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Team spirit and flexibility
