Job description: FINNISH SALES AGENT

The roles offered is either to promote and sell company products reaching out customer leads through cold calling using at the best results driven selling skills and/or as Customer Success Agent/Support officer to follow and become a main reference for the client along all his/her financial activity and performances.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to potential customers while following the company rules
  • Establish positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members
  • Continuously improve through feedback 
 REQUIREMENTS:
  • Finnish native language
  • Previous working experience in a similar position as a main advantage;
  • Microsoft Office package skills and familiarity with CRM practises;
  • Impeccable customer service skills;
  • Results-driven, and target-driven attitude;
  • Strong motivation and desire for growth;
  • Dynamic and determined personality;
  • Team working skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Determination in achieving objectives
