Job description:  
Responsibilities:
  • Contact existing clients to understands their business needs and goals;
  • Sell digital solutions that will help clients to improve their online presence and to help them grow;
  • To do call backs in order to finalize the sales;
  • Follow up the clients;
  • Handle questions and request from inbound and outbound calls/emails while giving the best customer service;
  • Calling clients depending on their needs
  • Reach set sales targets and KPIS
Requirements:
  • Sales, telesales or telemarketing experience is required;
  • Candidates do have an international experience meaning they have the cultural knowledge of the country for which they will work (by living there of by having worked for a while on these markets ) in order to be successful in their role;
  • Good phone etiquette, able to lead calls confidently;
  • Fluent level of French and English
  • Proactive, problem solver
