Job description: French speaking Client and Marketing Expert
Remote/Hybrid, Portugal


Our client, an international brand specialized in the production of sustainable and evolutive furniture for infants is expanding in Europe and is looking for a French speaking Client and Marketing Expert to be based in Portugal.
 
Our client is looking for an hands-on person that will be responsible for assisting Customers and Clients (B2B and B2C), check, update and manage orders, deliveries, shipment and inventory, being in constant contact with the Logistics and Production Departments based in Singapore. In addition, you will responsible for Digital Marketing strategy of the company, by constantly updating the company's website and social media channels, improving their advertisement strategy and overall online presence.

Requirements:
  • Fluent level of French and English (C1 level)
  • Previous experience in online customer support
  • Education and/or previous experience in Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on and autonomous individual, not afraid of challenges
  • Great communication, listening and interpersonal skills
 
Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Administration
  • Answer to customer inquiries (order status, item availability, product info, technical issues, etc.) and after-sales service requests, mainly B2B
  • Receipt of requests and orders, information and filing of tickets
  • Communication with the Logistics, Production and Payments Departments based in Singapore
  • Delivery Management: preparation of deliveries in connection with warehouse and preparation of shipments for the arrival of new containers (prioritization, allocation, planning, etc.)
  • Inventory management and maintenance: update files, malfunctions, integration of new containers etc. 
 
Online Marketing
  • Programming of schedule publications on Facebook and Instagram
  • Follow-up of social media publications and interaction with interested parties
  • Creation and management of Facebook and Google Ads ads (description, audiences, visuals, budget, campaign structure)
  • Daily monitoring of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook, Instagram and Google Analytics statistics with proposed corrective actions
  • Manage and maintain the website updated: promotional offers, creation of new articles for new products, translation of new products, visuals update, regular check for 404 errors, etc
