Our client, a multinational and well established company, is seeking to recruit several Technical Support Agents to tend their clients' queries;

  • Provide 1st line technical support to clients
  • Deal directly with clients’ queries either by telephone or electronically
  • Analyzing customer needs, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and actions taken
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • French native level preferred or Bilingual verbal and written
  • English high level, verbal and written
  • Some experience providing technical support first line and/or qualifications related to IT
  • Soft skills: customer-focused mindset, listening, phone skills, verbal and written communication, building relationships, problem solving, multi-tasking
  • Availability to start working immediately
  • Availability to work on shift bases Monday to Friday – 8,00am to 8,00pm
  • 4 weeks of training provided
  • Long term contract
