German speaking Business Development Representative
Lisbon, Portugal


Our client, one of the world’s largest FinTech companies is currently hiring a German speaking Business Development Representative. If you are a hungry, driven graduate looking to embark on a lucrative sales career with the world’s leading financial services software organisation this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Executing calling campaigns to target opportunities within new and existing client base within the client's strategic account base.
  • Working closely with the Global Account Director to drive demand generation
    • Cold calling aligned to whitespace analysis or dormant footprint
    • Working with Global Account Director/Marketing/Product to organize campaigns and events
  • Enabling and assisting the Global Account Director on:
    • Client workshops/presentations
    • RFIs/RFP responses
    • Account governance
  • Reviewing proposed campaigns in terms of targeted monetary outcome, estimated effort required, team capacity, go to market direction, etc.
  • End to end ownership of lower value sales opportunities
  • Identifying customer needs and mapping the right solutions to their needs for both new name and cross sell opportunities
  • Manages customer expectations and effectively communicates change internally/externally
  • Proactively reaching out to internal stakeholders to build and strengthen existing and new relationships
  • Taking initiative to encourage communications among others that increases the overall effectiveness of the business
  • Using tools and technologies to improve process efficiency and regularly reviewing and updating CRM
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 
  • Fluency in German (C2 level)
  • Fluency in English
  • 18 month (Minimum) of experience or an internship within sales, sales support, business development or within a call center (inbound or outbound) preferred.
  • Banking, Finance or Software background preferred but not required
  • Motivation and eagerness to work in online sales
