  • Our Client is an American founded company that produces action cameras hardware as well as its video-editing software and mobile app.  
  • You will be responsible to deliver unique Customer Support Experience to the clients’ customers
  • You will work with the latest customer care technologies from our multinational brands, being part of something Big!
  • You will provide customer support over phone, email and chat while answering any queries
  • Proficient in German (C2)
  • Advanced level of English
  • Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
  • Background in technical support
  • For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
