Job description: We are looking for German Technical Support Advisors to work for A well known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets)/ software product services.

As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be:
- Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
- Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Handling effectively all incoming incidents
- Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues

- Full-time (39hrs/week) and permanent contract
- Fixed salary and performance annual bonus
- Shifts: Monday-Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00 (rotative)
- Location: Barcelona Center

- German native level speaker with fluent English

- Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired
- Ability to operate in high pressure situations
