Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide hands-on support to staff and clients, assisting them with system setup and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software faults, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
- Replace and repair hardware components as needed to maintain system integrity.
- Prepare and maintain procedural documentation and relevant reports to support the IT infrastructure.
- Assist in the rollout and integration of new applications across the organization.
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for users, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Collaborate closely with the team leader to ensure swift resolution of reported IT issues.
- Build strong working relationships with users, IT engineers, department managers, software developers, and HR.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to uphold the health of the IT infrastructure.
Skills & Experience:
- A Qualification or Diploma in IT with at least 1 year of experience working in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Windows Servers 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 Cloud Services.
- General knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
