Job description: The role involves providing support to the Marketing and Sales Analyst, as well as the Sales and Marketing Department, in the creation and maintenance of various essential reports and analyses crucial to these departments. Tasks: • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of regular reports. • Collecting, analyzing, and translating market data, including scanning data from diverse customers, into actionable insights. • Developing and managing databases to continuously capture and interpret market data, catering to the department's various needs. • Assisting the Sales & Marketing Department in generating ad hoc reports. Requirements: • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Demonstrated expertise in data collection methods. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Meticulous attention to detail and precision in work. • Upholding confidentiality with sensitive information. • Excellent communication skills in English, and ideally, Maltese. • Preferably holds a BSc in statistics or an equivalent field.
