NORWEGIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT
Remote of office based in Greece


Our client, a well known and stablished outsourcing company is looking for Norwegian speaking Customer Support Agent in sunny Athens, Greece!

Responsibilities: 
• Answer to customer queries and requests, in a simple way keeping your smile, ensuring their satisfaction through a unique customer experience
• Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests

Requirements:  
• Fluency in Norwegian (C1/C2 level)
• Intermediate level of English
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
