Job description: Responsibilities:

  • Funds transfer processing via accounts opened with third parties
  • Processing of incoming transactions in the company’s internal IT system
  • Posting of outgoing payments by operating the company’s IT systems
  • Daily reconciliation of accounts, preparation of reconciliation reports and follow-up for the unreconciled items;
  • Daily reconciliation for countries;
  • Daily monitoring invoicing process;
  • Preparation of internal reports by request;
  • Correspondence with other institution
  • Investigations of problematic transactions
  • Effectively organize work and time to achieve timely and high-level result
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, corporate security policies, regulatory guidelines, industry service standards and codes of conduct
  • Record keeping as per requirements and the company’s policies and standards
  • Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members and the provision of support as and when needed
  • Performing any other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time
  • University Graduate, ideally in the fields of Economics, Banking or any other Financial studies
  • Ideally candidates must be in possession of 2 years’ experience in the Financial Industry
  • Languages – mandatory fluency in written and verbal English and Polish
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and able to work with and create Macros, VBAs and Pivot Tables
