Job description: PORTUGUESE CRM MANAGER - PORTO/ REMOTE

Our client is looking for a Portuguese speaking CRM Manager to join their growing operation in the North of Portugal.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and deploy global multi-channel CRM strategy for the company
• Manage promotional calendar and ad hoc communications plan and delivery
• Manage and deliver customer lifecycle campaigns to drive retention and customer growth objectives (registrations and deposit conversion, effective onboarding, churn reduction, reactivation, upsell, cross sell)
• Campaigns briefing and coordination of assets across multiple stakeholders (design, social and acquisition)
• Liaising with translations agency for multi-lingual content
• Campaign performance analysis and reporting
• Implement testing plans for ongoing campaigns optimization
• User centered customer experience/ user journeys building & optimization

Requirements:
• High Energetic Self Starter and able to manage their time efficiently
• 3-5 years prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
• Excellent Portuguese and English language skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with building customer journeys and conversion optimization
• Marketing copywriting, proof-reading and creative skills required
• Creative and able to convey this creativity to a team
• Problem solver, able to Coordinate, implement and manage the development of marketing creative and concepts
• Able to implement and follow-through with their innovative ideas and set them into action
• Technically minded and understands the basics of website design, HTML & Affiliate Marketing
• Very organized, with a high attention to detail
