Job description: Our Client is looking for a Receptionist to join the Administration team while working side by side the Personal Assistant.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Greeting people, answering phone calls, offering administrative support to the team.
  • Preparing correspondence and documents within the financial services department.
  • Order of Stationary, filing and mail.
  • General day to day administration of the office
 
Requirements:
 
  • Polite and Mature attitude, pleasant personality and customer-centric approach to work, attentive to detail.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Driving License and a Car
  • Good level of Education or equivalent, IT skills, knowledge of MS Applications
