We are looking for a senior VIP Manager to work within a multi brand strategy. We are looking for an ambitious, positive minded individual to join our team as a senior VIP Manager.
The successful candidate will be tasked with handling our most important players and leading the way in a newly formed team. They will have freedom to build up different processes and practices to make sure we give our players the care and attention required to give the best service in the industry and bind our VIPs to our brands.
Key responsibilities:
• Building, planning and executing all of VIP benefit initiatives such as VIP campaigns and promotions.
• Developing strong customer relationships with high value players by interacting with them by chat, phone and email.
• Ensuring our high value players have a 24/7 first class experience while playing at our brands.
• Fulfil department and personal KPI’s as delivered by management.
Candidates skills and experience:
• A Minimum of a 1-year experience as a VIP Manager
• Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English. Any additional language would be considered like a plus.
• Commercial attitude and a passion for commerce and customer relationship management.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Good analytical skills and eye for detail.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suit, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A good knowledge of compliance regulations for UK and MGA license requirements, particularly surrounding responsible gambling.
