Job description: The successful applicant for this position will work as part of the Onboarding / Shareholder Services team servicing a number of key client relationships. This person will be involved in new client onboarding process, processing investor transactions, applying due diligence procedures and communicating with clients and investors directly.
The Role:
  • Ensure due diligence checks are performed on clients and investors
  • Act as the initial point of contact to the investor
  • Support senior staff on new client on-boarding projects
  • Administration of investor queries
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and delivery of investor reporting
  • Support senior members as required                     
The Skills:
  • At least a minimum A’ Level standard of education or the equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
  • An ability to work in a team
  • Experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset.
