Job description
  • Carry out general after sales client support, including efficient response to all queries in order to provide high level client satisfaction.
  • Telephone operation, general back office administration and after sales client support.
  • Sales and promotions of products related to the services
  • Any other ancillary duties as may be instructed by the Employer from time to time.
  • To prepare any necessary official forms for clients.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure while paying strict attention to detail
  • The ability to work well under minimal supervision is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Fluency in Swedish (native speaking) and English
