Job description: Swedish Speaking Senior Team Leader
 
The Senior Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the team’s activities and deliverables, ensuring all are completed on time and on budget, and align to the client’s strategic business goals. They are responsible for interfacing with clients and being the liaison between the client and the internal operations team.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning.
  • Client & Relationship Management: Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client and manage internal and external communications, including reporting and status meetings
  • Work with Human Resources department to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees with the behaviors and skills, that meet our client's requirements.
  • Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, disciplinary action, with the assistance of the Human Resources department, when necessary.
  • Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organisation's policies and procedures.
  • Foster a team culture that is consistent with the overall organisation’s mission, vision, guiding principles and values of the organisation.
  • Budget tracking, profitability, and financial reporting of the project to avoid, and/or resolve shrinkage, budget overages or efficiency issues.
  • Ability to forecast and allocate resources for current and upcoming service needs.
  • Actively review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Prepare, monitor, and complete action plans; implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; identify trends.
  • Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  • Work closely with the management team and Human Resources to implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position, with proven track record as a Team Leader
  • Experience managing the communication with stakeholders 
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an operating, customer support or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Solution oriented approach
