Job description: Spoton Connections is a leading quality driven recruitment Boutique born in Malta over 10 years ago but with an extended network and operations that continues to grow across Europe and overseas. We currently have offices in Malta, Gozo, Portugal and Spain.

We are currently looking for Trainee Recruiters to join our dynamic team at SpotON Connections Gozo

Responsibilities:       

• Attending to any candidates queries via telephone, email and social media.
• Developing their network to generate leads and new clients.
• Building and maintaining a rapport while attending to all clients/candidates requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Prepare job descriptions in accordance with clients’ specifications
• Carry out searches for potential / suitable candidates using various sources.
• Pre-screen, interview and shortlist applicants.

 Requirements:

• Self motivated, mature and organised individual
• Multi tasking and problem solving
• Possess business acumen and flair for sales as well as be selfdriven
• Excellent command of the both written and spoken English. Other languages will be considered an asset.
• Previous experience within a Recruitment and/or Human Resources environment
• Relevant qualifications such as Degree in Psychology and/or Human Resources will be considered an asset
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Application and preferably possessing the ECDL qualification
