Job description: TRAINING AND QUALITY MANAGER

Our client based in Berlin is looking for a motivated, creative and data-driven person with strong communication skills, acting as a Training and Quality Manager (m/f) as part of their international account leadership team. Your challenge is:

·         Lead training, quality and policy department consisting of a team of 25+ people
·         Create concepts, training plans as well as the respective materials to increase service quality and productivity in the international operations unit consisting of more than 900 people
·         Build and adjust the department's organizational structures, processes and communication in an international and rapidly growing business
·         Coordinate internally with training, quality and policy departments within the company’s global site network
·         Build and maintain excellent relationships with the client
·         Establish objectives and goals for the team

Your profile:

·         Several years of management experience in a similar position in a customer service environment
·         Strong leadership skills are essential
·         Very good English language skills
·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·         Analytical and problem-solving ability
·         Ability to drive process improvements
·         Excellent organizational skills
·         Hands-on mentality and empathy
