Job description:
 Our client is looking for an Arabic Video Content Analyst to join their growing Team in Lisbon – Portugal.
You will be watching videos all day long and making sure that they are all according to the policies, therefore providing the safety for the internet users.

Daily tasks:
  • Review video content (sometimes sensitive) that was previously reported
  • Analysis and identification of the content and if is not appropriate according to the compliance policies flagging it
  • Decide thoughtfully and assist in solving the inquiries in line to company policy
  • Use all the information available to come up with and pursue solutions to make the support of the used community better
Profile:
  • Excellent Arabic (min C1 level) & English language skills (min B2)
  • Available to work in between 3 shifts (24/7)
  • Ability to learn quickly and explore new areas
  • Good organization and time management
  • Very detail and high efficiency and quality oriented
  • Open mind towards the video content and ability to classify it correctly
  • EU citizen or a holder of a valid work permit for Portugal
