Job description:
Our client is looking for an Administrative Officer who will be able to provide support in a manner that conforms with the needs, policies, and procedures in the company.  The job entails day-to-day duties including dealing with data files, reporting, assisting with technical issues and communicating with external partners.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • To provide specialist support to the Bank’s collection departments of various countries
  • Communicating with external collection agencies
  • Preparing different files and ensuring timely file exchange between bank and partners
  • Administering (reviewing, verifying and maintaining) different office documents such as post, invoices, reports and other administrative records
  • Organising customer files, processing customer data, sending sms/emails/letters to customers according to templates
  • Printing and checking invoices to assist the manager with ad-hoc reports and other tasks as is required
 
Requirements:
 
  • Very good knowledge of using Excel and Word
  • Good level of English, minimum C1
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and good organization
  • Ability to learn new information quickly and to adapt easily to change
  • Ability to find, type and process data fast and accurately
  • Reliable, dependable and honest
  • Positive attitude
