Our client is looking for a Design Manager to their creative and Marketing Team in Porto, Portugal.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the unity of the brand's graphic identity across all its channels
- Update and complete the brand's graphic manual
- Managing design requests among internal teams and stakeholders (gather information/allocate request/evaluate/approve/distribute)
- Creation of creative briefings with inputs from internal teams
- Development of content and assets for online and offline platforms
- Actively participate in marketing strategy with creative suggestions that take brand campaigns to the next level
- When necessary, assist in the integration of created formats
Requirements:
- Training in the area of graphic design
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Solid knowledge in communication design (typography, knowledge, color, etc)
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools, mainly Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge and experience in UI design (preferable)
- Knowledge of After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere (preferable)
- Portfolio with work done
- Good communication skills and positive mindset
- Good level of Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and work management skills with multiple teams
