Responsibilities:

Contact existing clients to understands their business needs and goals;
Sell digital solutions that will help clients to improve their online presence and to help them grow;
To do call backs in order to finalize the sales;
Follow up the clients;
Handle questions and request from inbound and outbound calls/emails while giving the best customer service;
Calling clients depending on their needs
Reach set sales targets and KPIS

Requirements:
Sales, telesales or telemarketing experience is required;
Candidates do have an international experience meaning they have the cultural knowledge of the country for
which they will work (by living there of by having worked for a while on these markets ) in order to be successful in
their role;
Good phone etiquette, able to lead calls confidently;
Fluent Level of English
Proactive, problem solver
