Job description:
A versatile group of companies is seeking to employ a Group Financial Controller to form part of a team of accountancy executives.

Responsibilities:

• Support most aspects of accounting management;
• Assist in the formulation of internal controls, policies and procedures;
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements;
• Manage complex accounting transactions;
• Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts;
• Support and coordinate annual financial audits;
• Help in development of reports for management and relevant stakeholders;
• Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or red flags;
• Continually support in the development of IT systems to better facilitate processes and maintain records;
• Ensure and improve regular management reporting;
• Managing a team of accountants within a diverse group of companies portfolio;
• Planning and monitoring of training and development of team members.

Requirements:

• In possession of ACCA, University Degree in Accounting or similar;
• Accounting warrant;
• 5 years or more working experience in a similar senior role;
• Strong communication skills in English.
