Responsibilities:
- Executing calling campaigns to target opportunities within new and existing client base within the client's strategic account base.
- Cold calling aligned to whitespace analysis or dormant footprint
- Enabling and assisting the Global Account Director on: client workshops/presentation, RFIs/RFP responses, account governance and to organize campaigns and events
- Reviewing proposed campaigns in terms of targeted monetary outcome, estimated effort required, team capacity, go to market direction, etc.
- End to end ownership of lower value sales opportunities
- Identifying customer needs and mapping the right solutions to their needs for both new name and cross sell opportunities
- Manages customer expectations and effectively communicates change internally/externally
- Proactively reaching out to internal stakeholders to build and strengthen existing and new relationships
- Using tools and technologies to improve process efficiency and regularly reviewing and updating CRM
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in German or French (C2 level)
- Fluency in English
- 18 month (Minimum) of experience or an internship within sales, sales support, business development or within a call center (inbound or outbound) preferred.
- Banking, Finance or Software background preferred but not required
- Motivation and eagerness to work in an online sales environment
