One of our top clients working in providing a centralised reservations system to facilitate day to day operations are looking for a German Customer Support Agent to join their energetic and dynamic team

Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Managers and Customer Support agents to create and maintain a win-win relationship with new and current customers
- Analyze and understand customer business requirements and issues
- Customer setup, onboarding and training
- Customer support, troubleshooting and solution development
- Support Product Management with identifying product enhancements and improvements
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers to provide advice and training to 'at risk' customers
- Having a college degree will be considered an asset
- 2 years’ experience in a support environment, experience in travel or hospitality industry will be preferred
- Fluent in English and German
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required
- Be customer focused and determined to offer high quality service
- Be a team player and a demonstrate a sense of ownership
- Be proactive, solution oriented and focused on key initiative
