Our international client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent based in Madrid, to represent one of their most important clients in the luxury automobile sector. We are looking for native German and a high level of English with a high customer service profile agents for one important client in the luxury automobile sector.

 
Responsibilities

  • English with a high customer service profile agents for one important client in the luxury automobile sector.
    Your main responsibility will be to be the point of contact for calls and emails from the clients, providing a high-quality customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience in high-quality Customer Service support would be ideal (B2C)
  • Good and professional communication skills
  • Native level of German fluent level of English
  • 39 hours a week from Monday to Friday, working hours alternate between 8 and 20.
  • Start ASAP
