HEBREW SPEAKING TEAM LEADER – LISBON, PORTUGAL
 
​Our client is looking for a Team Leader, who will be responsible for a variety of tasks, playing a key role in developing a team that is focused on Trust & Safety.
The Supervisor must be able to guide, coach and motivate a team of approximately 15 people to achieve success, as well as being an ambassador of the brand values and culture, involving the team in the activities and developing them.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Motivate, lead and guide the team to reach their highest potential both in terms of service metrics and career goals;
• Ensures both individual and team productivity, manages performance, provides floor assistance and real-time coaching;
• Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback.
• Develop strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer satisfaction;
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts;
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments;
• Develop action plans for continuous improvement.

 
Requirements:

• Solid experience managing teams, ideally in a call center environment;
• Experience in social media platform;
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate;
• Open mindset, self-motivated and data driven;
• A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills;
• Native/near native Hebrew speakers (mandatory);
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• An on-site presence is mandatory.
