Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with senior management and present weekly reports
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
- Gaining knowledge of all different departments by assisting on day-to-day operations
- Researching the business thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members
- Monitor and improve performance on daily base
- Develop and implement procedures that increase business profitability
- Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a master's degree)
- Written and verbal fluency in English and German
- Need to be target driven, competitive and ambitious
- Passionate to work in an international company with many different cultures
- Great analytical skills
- Basic experience in a management, reporting, analytical or similar role will be considered as an asset
