RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Payment processing
  • Scanning documentation
  • Maintaining company records
  • Archiving
  • Answering the telephone
  • Taking messages
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Ordering stationery
  • Ordering office supplies and other general office duties.  
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience
  • Excellent English
  • Good organisational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines with moderate supervision
  • Diligent, attentive to detail and a team player
  • Based in Malta
