 POLISH SPEAKING RETENTION AGENT
 
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
 
  • Develop strategic retention plans to work with assigned team.
  • Build solid relationships and trust with clients and improve business over the phone.
  • Exceed client expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge,
  • resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to quickly respond to client requests.
  • Strong problem solving.
  • Meeting and exceeding set daily retention targets.
  • Liaising with dormant clients and converting them into active ones.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:


 
  • Experience in Forex as Retention Agent ideally
  • You are a communicative person and can adapt to the customer.
  • You work with results and are goal oriented.
  • You are good at managing conversations and are not afraid of challenges.
  • You are able to talk in Polish (good diction, positive energy).
  • You like clear goals which you strive to achieve every day
  • Interest in financial markets will be an added advantage.
