Our client is in the iGaming industry is looking for a Portuguese speaking Affiliate Manager to join their Marketing Team in their offices in Porto. This role can be done remotely in Portugal if willing to travel often to Porto.

Our client is in the iGaming industry is looking for a Portuguese speaking Affiliate Manager to join their Marketing Team in their offices in Porto. This role can be done remotely in Portugal if willing to travel often to Porto.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and establish partnerships between the brand and acquisition partners.
- Optimize the commercial partnerships already existing, building and maintaining profitable relationships between both parts.
- Closer follow up of the company’s main partners.
- Build and execute the planning of effective actions in order to be creative and personalize the partners.
- Make sure there is coherence and balance in the main brand’s message in all the channels throughout the partners.
- Work together with internal teams to accomplish goals for partnerships and brand awareness.
- Manage, monitor and improve the affiliation platform close to the specific teams.
- Analyze and regular reporting regarding affiliation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or any similar subject.
- Proven experience in B2B / partnerships management, especially affiliation .
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, focused on conversion.
- Knowledge of acquisition models (online).
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (writing and speaking), native speaker.
- Good command of English.
- Highly motivated team player.
- High level of empathy.
- Able to work in a high-volume work environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good problem solving skills.
- Previous experience from a customer service position is an asset.
