PORTUGUESE SPEAKING FINANCIAL ASSISTANT– LISBON, PORTUGAL
 
​Our client is in the iGaming industry is looking for a Portuguese speaking Financial Assistant to join their Finance Team in their offices in Lisbon. Coordinated by Financial Controller, this person will execute administrative financial procedures on a daily basis.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Does the planning and controlling on a monthly basis, reporting to management;
  • Compares the information in the internal system with the information sent to the regulator;
  • Analyses KPI on a daily basis;
  • Plans treasury medium-term;
  • Execution and control of Account Payables and Receivables;
  • Reconciliates main providers revenue share and fees (gaming, casino platform, payments platform and tax);
  • Keeps accurate records for daily transactions;
  • Processes invoices and supplier payments;
  • Records accruals and prepayments;
  • Prepares reports, exhibits and other support decision making documents to the Board;
  • Review of audit reports from external auditors
  • Assistance on finance audits and management report
 
 
Requirements:
  • Academic background in Finance areas (plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in management/finance/accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, audit or a similar role
  • Previous experience working with accounting software (Oracle or similar)
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel specially)
  • English proficiency
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Able to work in a high-volume work environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good problem solving skills
