Our client is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to their office in Lyon.
Responsibilities:
- Writing specification and documentation
- CI/CD management and automation
- Working with automation services and platforms
- Scripting and coding
- Maintenance of pipelines to Build, Test, Release, Deploy at any moment and in any circumstances
- Helping develop strategies to improve availability and use of web application server
- Infrastructure management
- Monitoring
Requirements:
- 3 + years of Linux/UNIX administration experience
- 3 + performance tuning for Web servers based web applications
- 2 + years of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- In depth understanding of Linux/UNIX fundamentals including kernel subsystems, system calls, inter-process communication, process/resource management and file systems
- Configuration management with deployment automations tools
- Monitoring and alerting
- Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution skills
- Must be proficient in at least one scripting language
- Experience with load balancers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 year working on Cloud Provider Service (AWS, Azure, other) related projects
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Knowledge in management of device (MDM) is a plus
