ROMANIAN/ POLISH/ GERMAN OR NORDIC + ENGLISH TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST – ATHENS, GREECE
Our client based in Athens and is growing their Talent Acquisition Team. With a direct report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the high volume of international recruitment and all the internal and hiring procedures according to the Greek Law.

Main responsibilities:
- Support the administrative activities of the talent acquisition team
- Screen resumes and applications
- Support onboarding documentation
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Bring your interest in helping others to start their career journeys successfully
- Be an ambassador of our Employee Referral Program
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, HR or similar.
- 1+ years of experience in high volume recruitment (mandatory);
- English proficiency (mandatory) + 1 at least one of the languages mentioned;
- Knowledge of a third language will be a plus;
- International experience will be a plus;
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Great interpersonal skills with candidates of all ages and backgrounds
- Effective communicator in stressful situations.
