Job description:
We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruiter to join our dynamic team at SpotON Connections.

Skills:

• Self motivated, mature and organised individual.
• Multi tasking and problem solving.
• Possess business acumen and flair for sales.
• Excellent command of the both written and spoken English. Other languages will be considered an asset.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within an office environment will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office.
• Application and preferably possessing the ECDL qualification.

Duties:

• Providing efficient first line support both via telephone and email.
• Attending to any candidates queries via telephone, email and social media.
• Developing their network to generate leads and new clients.
• Building and maintaining a rapport while attending to all clients requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Prepare job descriptions in accordance with clients’ specifications, pre-screen and interview applicants.
• Carry out searches for potential / suitable candidates using various sources.
