Job Details:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Performing data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting systems
  • Filing of accounting documents
  • Report to client queries and concerns in a timely manner
 
Required Skills:
  • A Level certificate or equivalent in Accounts
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint with the ability to learn new computer systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly, working to a high standard
  • The ability to communicate in both verbal and written manner
  • Prior experience in a similar position is preferred but not necessary
  • The applicant is expected to have excellent written and verbal English whilst a good working knowledge of the Spanish language is desirable.
