Job Details:
The Key Responsibilities Include: · Assisting the Head of Unit and/or Executive of the Unit in implementing the annual audit plan by conducting a number of audit engagements. · Performing detailed testing of a number of processes by examining, evaluating and reviewing the appropriate documentation as details in the audit programme. · Reporting the findings in a written audit report that will be reviewed and discussed with the Head of Unit prior to finalization · Carrying out follow-up reviews and monitoring the implementation of audit report recommendations Competencies and Experience: You are a reliable and trustworthy team player with an aptitude for learning, able to work in a dynamic environment, meticulous and organized in your work. You must also: · Possess a minimum of 5 ACCA exams from the Fundamentals Level · Have a first degree and/or previous work experience in accounting/auditing and/or financial services which are considered an asset · Have a good knowledge in the use of all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel · Posssess good written communication skills as well as analytical and organizational skills · Have the ability to work both independently and within a team · Possess a good level of assertiveness, be accurate and have attention to detail · Have integrity, be reliable and trustworthy If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Donna Bonello on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information. |
