Assistant Financial Controller We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible team player with strong leadership and goal oriented skills to join a dynamic and challenging industry. The selected candidate would be required to: · assist in the day to day running of the finance unit · carrying out general accounting duties such as data entry · bank reconciliations · other ad hoc reconciliations · debtors and creditors control · computation of the trial balance The role will also include assisting the Financial Controller in analyzing financial information, in preparing financial statements, financial management reports, financial audits and budgets, whilst also analyzing and advising on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends. Requirements: · The ideal person should possess academic background related to the post. · Previous experience in similar roles will be considered as an asset. · Experience with accounting packages and MS Office is a necessity.
