CALL CENTRE AGENT
 
Responsibilities:
  • To handle inbound calls for assistance services (motor, medical and home)
  • Record accurate data following each interaction and dispatch the needed service within the agreed timeframe. 
  • To provide warranty and hotline services.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of tertiary level of education
  • Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in such posts
  • Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications,
  • Be available to work on any shift on a 3-shift roster (Morning, from 0600 to 1400. Afternoon, from 1400 to 2200. Night, from 2200 to 0600).
  • Proficient in both the Maltese and English language
  • Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese will be considered an asset but not necessary
  • Experience in the following sectors is considered an asset: Automotive or any other technical sector, Call-Centres, Customer Care, Assistance services.
