Job Details:
CFO
Our client is looking for CFO. The new position will report to the CEO, it will be part of the Management Team and will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance to tax and financial regulations and, as well, timely reporting and had hoc analysis to improve efficiency of the business.
Responsibilities:

Coordinating and accurately preparing management reporting: P&L, Balance Sheets and variance analysis providing recommendation to the management team for improvements etc

Coordinating with Auditors and ensuring compliance for VAT and income Tax reporting , Submitting the appropriate agencies and ensuing timely payments
-
Coordinating, managing, and building a finance team as company growth requires
-
Solving problems and working with the CEO to ensure operational improvements
-
Manage other administrative tasks
-
Manage and coordinate the Budgeting and forecasting process and the variance analysis on a monthly basis
-
Coordinating, controlling and preparing payroll, suppliers and affiliate & partner payments
-
Create and deliver various reports as CEO requires
-
Managing the various bank accounts
-
Work with management & existing consulting & development teams to create internal tracking
-
Performs a variety of assigned tasks as the position evolves
-
Prepare regular progress reports
Requirements:
-
A certified Accountant
-
Good knowledge of financial systems (SAGE would be a plus) and really expert of MS Office
-
Well connected, well respected, highly motivated
-
High energetic self-starter and able to manage their time efficiently
-
Creative and able to convey this creativity to a team
-
Problem solver, able to implement coordinate, and manage the development of marketing creative and concepts
-
Able to implement and follow-through with their innovative ideas and set them into action in a sales environment
-
Technically minded and ecommerce experience a plus
-
Comfortable in a sales environment
-
Willing to join and maintain relationships through associations, clubs and events
-
3-5 years’ experience in the field of marketing and sales preferred
-
Able to grasp the policies, procedures and culture of the company philosophy
-
Present a friendly conservative yet strong finance image to the general public
-
Proven track record in finance.

Able to interact with existing management and team members, to diligently uphold the high standards for achievement that allow our team to complete goals and to ensure long term financial health for the company.
