Cost Controller Executive
 
Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Cost Controller Executive.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • To plan and manage all hotel cost concerns
  • Manage F&B costing exercise
  • Monitoring receiving process
  • Coordinate all hotel departments for inventory
  • Track records of all cost issues
  • Maintain standard of all responsible areas
  • Develop cost reports for Financial Controller
  • Support cost information for all concerned departments upon request

Applicant must have previous experience within the hospitality industry, a food and beverage background and a recognised qualification from ITS.
