Key Responsibilities:
  • Extracting information from our business support system on who needs to pay
  • Responsible for collecting funds for the Asian market
  • Communications with clients (email & telephone)
  • Update the client’s database with payments that have been received from our clients
  • Managing queries and requests from agents and schools
  • Keeping the agent’s accounts clean and up-to-date
  • Responsible for commission payments
 
 
Key Working Relationships:
  • Senior Credit Controller
  • Sales and Admissions department
  • The clients schools in UK, USA, South Africa, Malta and Canada
 
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
  • Previous experience in Credit Control
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of a foreign language
  • Previous supervisory experience
 
Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • We are looking for an energetic individual with good communication skills
