Job Details:
Job Purpose: Reporting to the Head of CRM, the key responsibility is to manage and protect the relationships between the company and its clients. Your aim is to strengthen the client’s loyalty towards the company. Main Responsibilities: · Resolving clients’ issues in a timely and efficient manner. · Communicating with clients via email and phone. · Buy and sell of company units. · Redemptions and subscriptions of company units · Quote updates at the exchange. · Handling orders. Must Have: · Bachelor degree in Business and/or Management. · Must have previous experience in a Front Office role. · Technical knowledge of the investment and financial services industry. · Previous experience with Financial Instruments. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications with particular focus to Excel. · Able to multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure. · Meticulous, organised and a problem solver. · Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language both written and spoken. Desirable to Have: · Previous experience in trading or settlements will be considered an asset. · Knowledge of Bloomberg.
