CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for handling customer inquiries, requests and complaints through phone, chat, email and social media. Provide the customer with a solution oriented customer service experience which addresses the customer issue/request and is clear, honest, positive and constructive. · Take ownership of addressing customer issues by managing: o Stakeholders: customers, management, factory and fulfillment o Processes: tickets, action lists, escalations and refunds o Systems: order and helpdesk systems o Be pro-active in proposing improvements and informing management on recurring customer issues. o Provide ad-hoc support on outbound calling campaigns, market research, social media and administrative tasks · Additionally, responsible for supporting Online Marketing efforts. Work with their Marketing department to implement marketing campaigns in the country of the language you are covering. · Translation of communication to customers, for example newsletters and blogs · Find bloggers in the crafting community and build partnerships for guest blogging, articles about their product, etc · We constantly try various marketing campaigns and we welcome initiative and ideas REQUIREMENTS· Native or fluent on one or (preferably) more of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish· Responsible and with a drive to listen to, understand and provide solutions to the customer. · High level customer service skills with a positive, constructive and professional attitude. · To handle a high volume of continuous telephone calls, chats and emails and can prioritize and organize properly · To perform multiple tasks simultaneously · Eager to learn and with the ambition to develop within the position and to increase responsibilities and scope · Use appropriate judgment taking decisions versus escalating to management · Excellent verbal and written English language skills, particularly strong business writing skills · Ability to use computer with windows, e-mail and fast/stable internet (5 Mb/s minimum) · Able to work under pressure to meet daily work load · Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision · Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage confidential information · Ability to learn and challenge processes, procedures and systems OFFER:· An environment where you are expected to come up with the best long-term solution for the customer. No cost pressure, customer first.· Flexible and/or part-time working hours can be discussed. In fact, in the first months of the job we expect you to work from home.
