About The Client
Is an award-winning technology firm in web, mobile, social-media development and consultancy, has an immediate opening for a creative Digital Marketing Executive. If you’re a strong, energetic, self-starting individual with excellent interpersonal skills and an innate passion for Digital Marketing, we want to hear from you. 
 
A minimum experience of 2 years in Digital Marketing together with an excellent grip of English writing is mandatory. Only individuals that meet these requirements will be considered.
 
Primary Job Responsibilities:
 
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for participating in the Digital Marketing process of our clients’ projects as well as our own internal projects.
 
Social Media operations:
·         Managing all Social Media platforms of Projects assigned to you.
·         Creating and evaluating Social Media Strategies.
 
Blogging operations:
·         Writing various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our customers' blogs.
·         Providing feedback to other contributors, and editing other writers’ content.
·         Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.
·         Contributing to long-form content projects such as e-books or reports.
·         Growing blog subscribers and expanding the overall clients’ blog's reach.
 
SEO operations:
·         Developing and implementing keyword strategies to increase ranking and traffic.
·         Evaluating and altering strategies based on a comprehensive understanding of analytics.
·         Practicing white-hat, honest, and creative SEO tactics.
·         Building and executing link-building strategies to enhance off-page SEO.
 
PPC operations:
·         Planning and implementing paid search, display and remarketing campaigns.
·         Tracking, tweaking, and evaluating paid search strategies.
·         Reporting on paid search metrics.
·         Tracking Google AdWords Analytics.
·         Communicating progress with the Digital marketing team.
·         Optimizing Marketing spend on paid Advertising.
 
E-mail marketing operations:
·         Managing email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting.
·         Developing and optimizing lead nurturing campaigns.
·         Segmenting contact lists and personalizing emails based on recipients' interests and needs.
·         Keeping up to date with practices and standards in the email marketing industry.
·         Growing our clients’ email list organically
 
Requirements:
 
·         A comprehensive understanding of the industry's best Digital Marketing practices.
·         Experience managing non-personal Social Media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, Trip Advisor, etc.
·         The ability to communicate on Social platforms in a consistent, on-brand voice.
·         Experience using Social Media analytics tools and the ability to tweak social strategies based on findings.
·         Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
·         An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/ scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.
·         A passion for writing both brief and in-depth content.
·         Basic design skills using tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign.
·         Strong Google AdWords experience.
·         General PPC optimization experience.
·        Superior organizational skills and the management of multiple projects under minimal supervision.
·        Strong working knowledge of various software applications used in Digital Marketing and especially the use of Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
·        A willingness to work as an active member of a small, dedicated and professional team.
·        Able to thrive under high pressure and consistently delivering top-quality results.
·        Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups and the ability to work tactfully through challenging client issues.
·        An eagle eye for detail.
·        Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders in a professional and ethical manner.
·        A genuine interest in web based media and internet technologies.
·        A current Maltese driver’s license.
·        After hours work will occasionally be required.
