French Contact Centre Officer The French Contact Centre Officer will be based in Malta and the primary role is to receive inbound call and conduct outbound calls. Duties and responsibilities: · Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails that relate to executing client instructions, answering inquiries, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information · Updating customer information, checking customer details and accounts through the Bank’s systems · Supporting marketing campaigns to promote MeDirect savings and wealth products · Contributing to the development of the MeDirect website and products’ · Filing and managing documentation and executing checks related to account opening Required knowledge, skills and experience: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English · Attention to detail · Business oriented and customer centric attitude · Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision · Flexibility with regards to tasks and working hours · Banking background acquired through qualification or experience will be considered an asset · Experience in a customer facing role will be considered an asset If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Maria Engerer on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information. |
