JOB DESCRIPTION
Front Office Sales Executive
 
Department:                      Commercial       
Reports to:                         Commercial – Head of Department
 
Primary Purpose:            
To handle sales enquiries through e-mails, telephone and walk-in customers courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions by maintaining high standard of service at all times.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Attend to sales enquires through e-mails, telephone and walk-in clients;
  • Recommend the right solutions/products to satisfy the customer requirements whilst adhering to the Company quality standards;
  • Be responsible for preparing and issuing quotes;
  • Perform follow ups whilst utilising closing skills/techniques;
  • Manage demo room displays whilst ensuring that marketing/promotional materials and stock are set up to maximise on the opportunity and brand image.
  • Support the sales team with day to day duties.
Requirements
  • Results oriented individuals with entrepreneurial drive;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fluent in Maltese language 
 
The position calls for an experienced person in sales and customer services with a technical background in one of the following areas; computing, networks, ELV or electronics. We will however provide all necessary training at our own Technical Academy.
